Replace purchased ticket with a Gift Coupon of the same value.
One of my latest features is the ability for the Administrator to replace ticket orders with a GIFT COUPON code. Suppose there is a scenario where you have to cancel a show because of illness. It may well be in your best interests to replace cancelled tickets with a GIFT COUPON so that the customers can come back again another time.
