Create Box Office accounts for sales Agents to purchase at the Front End
One of the great features in osConcert is the Box Office Method. When the Administrator creates sales agents, they become our Box Office Staff and they will be given access to bypass certain payment modules and to purchase tickets on behalf of customers. With an internet connection Box Office can easily login anywhere and reserve seats and print or download eTickets. There's a lot more they can be allowed to do by the Administrator you may learn in my tutorials and FAQ but this is the basic idea.
